The 2013 Hydrogen & Fuel Cells Energy Summit will be taking place in Berlin this autumn.
The two day event will bring together key industry stakeholders.
Nigel Holmes, CEO of the Scottish Fuel Cell Association (SHFCA),and Deputy Chair for the Transport Group of Scotland’s 2020 Climate Group, will describe fuel cells and examples of their application in the UK and worldwide, their advantages and potential disadvantages. Also included will be hydrogen production and storage, and the use of hydrogen for land and marine transport and the use of hydrogen from renewable sources for energy storage and load balancing. This is particularly topical as Aberdeen are due to get Hydrogen Buses in 2014.
